Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is due at booking or on the day, as agreed. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of up to the full session cost, provided this policy is communicated in advance and the fee is fair and proportionate. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or exceptional circumstances. 3. Refunds Completed sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law or applicable consumer rights. If the clinic cancels, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund. Prepaid appointments cancelled with sufficient notice may be refunded or rescheduled in accordance with these terms and applicable law. 4. Late Arrivals Late arrival may reduce treatment time. Appointments will generally finish at the scheduled time, and the full fee may still apply. 5. Clinical Safety Treatment is subject to clinical assessment and professional judgement. It may be adapted or discontinued if clinically inappropriate or unsafe. Clients must provide accurate medical information and report changes in their condition. 6. Online Bookings Bookings made online, by telephone or away from the clinic may carry statutory cancellation rights, including a 14-day period where applicable. Charges for treatment provided during this period are subject to legal requirements. 7. Consumer Rights These terms comply with applicable UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where relevant, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Statutory rights remain unaffected. 8. Acceptance By booking, clients acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to read and understand these terms.
